As a former agent with Minnesota’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Roque has prior military officer (US Army). Whether he’s of Latin or Greek ancestry is a bit of a discussion, preferably over coffee.
He’s gained a bit of a reputation (depending on who you ask) as either: an idealist with a Colombo-like ability to reconstruct a crime scene, a bit of a press-hounding showboat, or as a fanatic who gets people killed.
Nonetheless, he’s survived several assassination attempts, and a couple of court cases against him (which fell apart, quite publicly.)
It may be a matter of time before his luck runs out, but until then, he continues to work, continues to open his mouth, and try to look good to the press doing it.

Let us not pray to be sheltered from dangers but to be fearless when facing them.
- Crime - He was a detective for the state police. Maybe he can help.
- Vigilante? - Fanatical murder tourist to some (Did he actually kill anyone?), Wannabe Wyatt Earp to others. (Did he actually catch anyone?)
- Video games - He does in fact like them. Seriously, so does the world! And he has a smartphone he spends too much time on.
- Guns - He likes to shoot – he’s not likely to rail on about the specifics of one brand of gun over another – unless there is a real functional difference. You might find him on the range.
- Politics - He is a military veteran who served in the contingency operations. He’s no commando, but he saw enough to have ideas on how things work and why… Or at least THINK he knows.
- Hunting - He’s actually been learning how to do that and clean game…. And he still gets queasy talking about it – but over a heavily flavored coffee, he’ll talk about it.
- Church - He absolutely attends Mass. All this has to mean /something/... And he probably needs all the help he can get.

- Morgance - Just such an example of a politician. Doesn't really know the good guys from the bad guys... Maybe doesn't care.
- Creighton Clark - Even slimier. I shouldn't judge too harshly, I suppose. What's a war crime or two amongst friends?
- Haakon - An EXCELLENT Viking. Raids homes and kills children with the best of them! Even knows how to use a baby as a human shield. Ragnar would be proud.
- Aideen - You may someday understand what I stand for. We might have more in common than you think.
- Drew - Courage and Honor. I may not agree that your methods are enough - but you have shown courage, honor, and the willingness to seek justice. They tried to erase us. It won't happen. "Soldiers" - Otherwise
- Tiva Little Owl - Still haven't figured out if you're Billy the Kid or Jesse James. Perhaps the Regulators are due for a revival.
- Matiz - Heroic Homewrecker! I suppose he's not the first womanizing hero. Died a hero. That means something. Even Lancelot had a sex scandal.
- Josie - Sweetest Homewrecker! Seriously, you do so many nice and helpful things, and are so pleasant, that no one can stay mad at you.
- Ben - Hotheaded Homewrecker! Stays mad at everyone. All the time. Chicks dig bad boys - that's why your Child Support bill is about to get interesting. At least you've got courage.
- Lilith - You can do a lot more than you think you can. I look forward to seeing you step out into the spotlight.
- Eden - So... the sister who fights the ex over the inheritance? I'll get the popcorn. Hmm... Honestly, you did better than people give you credit for. You went through a lot that week, losing your brother AND your lover. Yeah, you can be weird, but you're still one of us.
- Jess - Taught me the manly art of hunting. I guess I'll always owe you for that one, and for other things. Some things transcend time. I'm sorry about a lot of things, but not everything. I have plenty to say - but the void is not the place for my words to go. "Sound of Silence" - Disturbed
- Harper - Beautiful, sexual... and somehow not sexy. How did you manage that? No matter - I think you will become great, despite your family's best efforts. Your Lady will teach you well.
- Katiya - She understands the feelings of some of the victims, and is willing to say something about it, when it helps her. She’s also leveraging (raising?) it for self-promotion (promoted!). She uses her assets. Respect the hustle. (The fact that she's good looking has absolutely nooothing to do with it... of course).
- Dean Olsen - The OTHER Blue Falcon made flesh. Look, I get it. Big, Bad, Strong, MMA. Seriously, people have developed weapons.... But... you protect kids. (They are impressionable enough to drive the bus for you...)
- Babatunde - Getting run over by that bus hurts, doesn't it? I really am sorry that it was your own family driving it. I may be a pain in the ass, but at least I'm your /loyal/ pain in the ass.
- Gigi - Associate and Partner against crime... I know what happened. Someday, you'll get justice.
- Ajay - ...and someday, you might /face/ it. I thought you might be a step up above the others - but then I saw your real work...
- Aria - You sing of tragedies. I can point you to more. And for your boyfriend... Chicks dig bad boys. Well, at LEAST make a good song of it! (Seriously... He shot a woman and pushed her off a bridge... The dude's a villain!)
- Brenyn - A tragic life - for which you have only learned to create more tragedies. You could be so much greater - you /choose/ to be no better than your enemy. There is no excuse.
- Jordan - Still don't know how I wronged you, but sometimes it's just like that.
- Friedrich - I stood up for you. I tried to help you. You could have been free. Instead, you let me down and betrayed us all. You can get almost any woman you want. No way /she's/ worth /this/ much.
- Summer - You're neat! The novelty is strong with you!
- Avriel - I hope you are what you seem to be. If so, you might be braver than me.
- Andrew - You know so much. You can do so much more with it. I still want to help you. I don't judge you too harshly for your quirks. I have my own.
- Amber - How can someone so crazy and so gross still somehow manage to be cute and pleasant?
