Rachel is a former street urchin who used to wear a small red crystal on her forehead like a bindi. Recently she has been dressing in nicer clothes and is much more well kept, but the crystal isn't there anymore.

- Rachel can often be found at the House of Charity food kitchen. The young woman often volunteers to help.
- Rachel is oddly spiritual, she appears to pray near trees and sometimes 'talks' to objects.
- Rachel has a new home! However, you can still sometimes find her helping out at the Harbor of Light Homeless Shelter.
