Rachel is a street urchin who wears a small red crystal on her forehead like a bindi.

Rachel can often be found at the House of Charity food kitchen. The young woman is both a recipient of services and sometimes volunteers to help.
Rachel is oddly spiritual, she appears to pray near trees and sometimes 'talks' to objects.
Rachel is currently staying at the Harbor of Light Homeless Center, it would probably be trivial to find her there.
