A Mukhabarat intelligence agent before Chrysalis and once the Spymaster of Morgance, Samir Gadin took command of the 31st Infantry when Morgance ascended to the Throne of Grass. Soft spoken but firm, Samir is guiding force in the Three Whirlpools. His control of the 31st Infantry and his network of spies make him a dangerous opponent.
