Cindy

Cindy Daniels "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." — Attributed to Margaret Mead

Meet Cindy Daniels Cindy Daniels is best known around Minneapolis as the new development coach for the University of Minnesota's women's basketball team, the Golden Gophers. She's already making her mark on the program, bringing an emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and helping young athletes discover just how much they're capable of achieving. She's ABD (All But Dissertation) in computer science at the University of Minnesota, with a passion for mathematics, science, and programming. She's also an active volunteer in community projects in Minneapolis's Little Earth neighborhood, where she teaches math, science, and computer programming to young people. Apparently, programming lessons involve magical llamas. Sometimes she can found at the middle school, the textbooks put aside for a little pickup basketball with the kids in the neighborhood. Cindy enjoys participating in Native American community events, baking for bake sales, and hand crafts.
