Complaints

In the event that you feel you must make a complaint, the following process should be followed. Note that you are free to do so at any time that you feel something is not handled fairly, be that between players, player and staff, or staff and staff. The first step in resolving the problem is addressing the individual you are having the issue with. Staff won't step in until some attempt at resolution has been made.

For a problem in a PrP:

  1. Contact the PrP Runner and attempt to resolve the situation.
  2. If you feel that your complaint is not addressed, or your complaint is about your Runner, contact your Admin.
  3. If you feel that your complaint is still not addressed, or if your complaint is about your Admin, contact your Wizard.
  4. If you feel that your complaint is still not addressed, or if your complaint is about your Wizard, contact Godstaff.

For a problem in your sphere:

  1. Contact your Admin and attempt to resolve the situation.
  2. If you feel that your complaint is not addressed, or your complaint is about your Admin, contact your Wizard.
  3. If you feel that your complaint is still not addressed, or if your complaint is about your Wizard, contact Godstaff.

If you have a problem with a Timestopped scene:

  1. Contact the Judge to attempt to resolve the issue AFTER the scene.
  2. If you have not been able to resolve the problem, contact Godstaff.

The guidelines to follow:

  • Create your complaint in the form of +mail/@mail.
  • Do not rant. This is not productive for anyone.
  • Do not complain on behalf of someone else.
  • Be prepared to provide logs of the event. It doesn't do us any good if we get into a "he said/she said" with no proof.
  • The word 'proof' does not mean anecdotes.
  • If you have questions about the process, ask a staffer! It's better to ask and get things right the first time
