Aging Duchess Colleen Fallon ni Dougal rules from her seat of power in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This realm was once part of the Kingdom of Northern Ice who was in those days ruled by House Ailil and the Shadow Court. It was conquered by then Baroness Colleen Fallon in the early 1800s and annexed to the Kingdom of Grass
