Art Harrow was born and bred in Minnesota. He joined the Marine Corps after high school, just in time to be a part of Operation Enduring Freedom, otherwise known as the War in Afghanistan. He came home after several tours as a wounded veteran with a Purple Heart award. He says he owes his recovery to a renewed faith in the Church, and a physical therapist who knocked sense into him. After that, he went back to school, gained a certification as a fitness trainer and opened his own gym to serve the youth of the community.

- Marine Corp Veteran - The paperwork says he received a Purple Heart and an Honorable Discharge for valor. He'll say that there is no such thing as a former, or ex-Marine. Just one no longer on active duty.
- Summit Fitness - He owns a gym that caters to youth, giving them a place to go after school where they can build their confidence and strength.
- Motorcycles - He rides a sweet machine, and it is unfortunate that the season is so short. He notes that as he has gotten older, he still loves his toys. The only thing is.. the toys got bigger and badder. During the long winter, he drives a Subaru.
