Game time does move slower than real life time. For every 1 game day, 1.3 real days pass.
What does that mean for technology? Whatever is available in the real world, can be considered available in the game world. So if the iPhone 15 comes out in the real world, it is considered out in the game world.
If a movie is out that you want to reference and the world is off by a month or five or fifteen? It is considered to be out in the game.
What about massive historical actions such as a riot or 8.0 earthquake in the real world? Staff will make a post whether that event will be happening in our alternate world or not.
