March 4,2014 Saint Paul, MN (Pioneer Press) Today the FBI briefed the media on a possible kidnapping that took place on February 22. On the 400 block of King Street, in Saint Paul, police were called to the site of a break in at the house of Edmund Daniel Keller, 46, and his wife Marie Constance Keller, 44 were at first believed to be abducted from their house on the night of the 22nd. Further investigations, including search the Kellers house, has led the FBI, which has jurisdiction over kidnapping cases, have led to speculation that it may be Edmund Keller who kidnapped his wife.

At the Saint Paul Federal Courthouse on Robert Street, Special Agent Augustin Medina Aguilar, who is the lead agent on the case, told reporters that evidence collected in the search of the Keller house has open the possibility that Mr. Keller is on the run. I wish to stress that this is just a possibility, and not a certainty. We know the abduction was violent and a firearm was discharged, stated Medina Aguilar, And we have witnesses that state there was more than one kidnapper.

The briefing also alluded to Mr. Kellers role as a marketing executive in the Radisson Hotel Group, and that he is believed to be as familiar with that country. The FBI also issued a bulletin for the vehicle used in the kidnapping, a dark blue or black panel van, possibly a late 2000s model Volkswagen Transport.

March 4, 2014 Saint Paul, MN - (Star Tribune) The Saint Paul Police Department have issued an alert for Justin Carl Grady, 35 of Saint Paul, who declared missing after failing to return home from a night out at Spare Adult Alley Bowling Lanes. Records show that he had contacted Uber to be picked up from the bowling alley at close, but the Uber driver did not find him.

Mr. Grady has not been heard from in three days. He has no history of drug use, and it is not known if he is suffering from aggravating factors.

Monday, March 10, 2014 Saint Paul, MN (Pioneer Press) Police were called to the Wilder Playground at Edgerton and Case in Saint Paul, after local neighbors heard screaming and a gunshot. SPPD units arrived on the scene and found a Hmong female, between the ages of 15 to 25, shot in the face. All identification was missing, but the body was found with a package of semi-automatic weapon converters, and a silenced .22 caliber pistol, concealed in boxes of yam starch. The woman had nearly $5,000 in cash, but that left in her purse, but all identification was taken. SPPD is working to identify the victim, and to understand the reasoning of the homicide.
