 Seer's Wisp also mentions it can be used 'once per story' but on the MUSH the stories can last months.   I am easing that restriction to allow multiple uses in a story but I want player's to remember the Golden Rule:  staff has the absolute right to deny its use.   Consider this denial to be the Dreaming deciding "Not Today, my friend."
